Pelvic Floor Provider (PT, OT, PTA)

Lincoln, CA · In-Person · Part-Time

Floora is seeking a part-time pelvic health provider who is passionate about helping women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. This role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities to expand hours as the practice grows. Whether you already specialize in pelvic health or are eager to learn, we value curiosity, connection, and a patient-centered approach — delivered through 50-minute, one-on-one visits in a cash-based model that prioritizes deep listening and personalized care.

What you'll do

  • Provide 50-minute one-on-one treatment sessions
  • Deliver exceptional care focused on long-term outcomes, not quick fixes
  • Help patients progress through our method to achieve meaningful goals
  • Educate and empower patients through movement, lifestyle strategies, and individualized care plans
  • Treat primarily pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic health populations
  • Collaborate with Floora's team and referral partners to enhance outcomes
  • Contribute to community education events and outreach opportunities
  • Create occasional educational content or social media initiatives (optional)
  • Build strong relationships that help patients feel safe, supported, and understood
  • Think critically and creatively to individualize care

Qualifications

  • Licensed PT, PTA, or OT in California
  • Pelvic health experience preferred but not required
  • Herman & Wallace, ICE Pelvic, Core Exercise Solutions, or equivalent training preferred
  • Strong interest in women's health, pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic health
  • Comfortable educating patients and building rapport
  • Open to learning cash-based, relationship-centered care
  • Self-motivated, organized, and excited to grow with a small business
