1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided to you for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any other party or restrict another's use and enjoyment of the Site.

3. No Therapist–Patient Relationship

Browsing the Site, reading our content, submitting our contact form, sending us an email, or scheduling a free discovery call does not create a therapist–patient relationship between you and Floora PT or Dr. Loretta Barry, DPT.

A therapist–patient relationship is established only after you have:

• Completed our intake process
• Received and signed an informed consent for treatment
• Been formally accepted as a patient of the practice

4. The Free Discovery Call

The free 15-minute discovery call is offered as an informational and screening conversation only. Its purpose is to help you decide whether Floora PT may be a good fit for your needs. It is not an evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment, and no clinical care is provided during this call.

5. Booking and Scheduling

Online booking is provided through a third-party scheduling platform (Pelvibiz). Your use of that platform is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

When you schedule an appointment, you are also agreeing to any cancellation, no-show, late-arrival, or rescheduling policies in effect at that time. Those policies are disclosed to you at the time of booking or at intake.

6. Testimonials and Results

Reviews and testimonials shown on the Site reflect the personal experiences of individual patients. Individual results vary. Testimonials are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the results you may experience. Pelvic floor physical therapy outcomes depend on many factors, including your specific condition, adherence to your plan of care, and individual physiology.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, branding, the name "Floora," "The Postpartum Solution™," and the overall design — is owned by Floora Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
