I'm a pelvic floor physical therapist — and I built Floora because too many postpartum moms are told their symptoms are just something they have to live with. They're not. Leaking, pain, and core weakness after having a baby are treatable. That's what I do, every single day.
I got into pelvic floor physical therapy because I kept seeing the same pattern: women leaving their OB appointments with a new baby, a six-week clearance, and no real plan for their body. Leaking was called normal. Pain was dismissed. Core weakness was just something to push through.
I created Floora to change that. Every woman deserves a clear explanation of what's happening in her body and a real path to feeling like herself again — not a generic pamphlet and a referral to do kegels on her own.
Pelvic floor dysfunction isn't one thing. Leaking can come from a weak pelvic floor, an overactive one, poor pressure management, or a coordination problem. Pain with sex has different roots than tailbone pain. Treatment that doesn't start with a thorough assessment is guesswork.
Every patient I see starts with a full evaluation — not a symptom checklist, but a real understanding of how your pelvic floor is functioning, how it coordinates with your breathing and core, and what's actually driving your symptoms. From there, I build a program that's specific to you.
I also work with postpartum recovery as a whole — not just isolated symptoms. If you want a structured, guided program, The Postpartum Solution™ is my 12-week program designed to take you from fragile to fully functional.
I work with women at every stage of their postpartum journey — from six weeks after delivery to years later when symptoms have been silently managed for too long.

Every patient I work with moves through the same three-phase framework — tailored to their specific symptoms, goals, and timeline.
Reduce pain, tension, and dysfunction. Establish the foundation — proper pelvic floor coordination, breathing mechanics, and pressure management that everything else builds on.
Improve strength, endurance, and timing. Train the pelvic floor to function in your real life — not just in isolation on a treatment table, but during lifting, movement, and activity.
Return to everything. Exercise, intimacy, confidence, energy. Living without planning your day around symptoms, pads, or pain. That's the goal — and it's achievable.
