- Phone number
- The topic you selected (e.g., leakage, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery)

When you book a free discovery call or appointment through our scheduling provider, you may also provide:
- Preferred appointment date and time
- Any details you choose to share at booking
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical information, including:
- IP address (often truncated/anonymized by Google Analytics)
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages you visited, time of visit, and time on page

- Approximate geographic location (city/region level, derived from IP)

Analytics
We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect the information described above. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses where supported.

We do not currently use Meta/Facebook Pixel or any third-party advertising or behavioral re-targeting pixels.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use the following service providers to operate our website and practice. Each has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

These providers act on our behalf and are limited to using your information only for the services they provide to us.

5. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers listed above, strictly to operate our website and practice
- Legal compliance, when required by law, subpoena, or court order
- Safety, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Floora PT, our patients, or others
- With your consent, in any other situation
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary — cookies and connection requests required for the site to function, including those set by Pelvibiz (when the booking widget is loaded) and Google Fonts.
- Analytics — Google Analytics sets cookies (such as
_gaand_gid) to measure how visitors use the site. See Section 2 for opt-out options.
We do not use cookies for advertising, re-targeting, or cross-site behavioral tracking.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features (such as the booking widget) may not function correctly without them.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Contact-form submissions: Up to 24 months after your last contact with us
- Booking and appointment records: As required by California law and professional record-keeping standards for healthcare providers
- Server logs: Typically 30–90 days, depending on our hosting provider's defaults
Clinical records are retained separately under our HIPAA practices.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us at admin@floora-pt.com and we will delete it.
9. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information we hold about you (subject to legal exceptions, including healthcare record-retention laws)
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we do not sell your personal information. We use Google Analytics for website analytics; if you wish to opt out of the analytics data Google Analytics collects, see the opt-out options in Section 2. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

10. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted website connections (HTTPS) and reputable third-party providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website.
